As we work through our emotional pain and ruminating thoughts, I understand how it can feel incredibly isolating and overwhelming, especially if we become disconnected from ourselves in the process. I believe that people often turn to therapy feeling “stuck,” and while it may feel as though our lives have hit a pause button, the world around us continues to move forward. As such, whether you are seeking to improve emotional regulation, strengthen interpersonal relationships, navigate unexpected life transitions, or if you simply find yourself without a clear understanding of the underlying issue, my goal is to create a comforting and meaningful therapeutic experience for individuals from all walks of life.

Beyond my profession, I have always naturally fostered connections with others through empathy, compassion, and a sincere fascination with people’s experiences and narratives. As you walk me along your journey, I strive to facilitate a trusting, supportive, and non-judgmental therapeutic space. Here, you can freely share your internal battles, alleviating the weight of emotional overwhelm as we work together to unravel the root cause of the issue.

Through a client-centered perspective, I approach clients with openness, unconditional positive regard, and warmth. Incorporating elements of cognitive behavioural techniques combined with mindfulness interventions, and solution-focused strategies, we can work towards a more fulfilling lifestyle. Together, we will collaboratively develop a personalized treatment plan that aligns with your specific needs and goals to achieve your fullest potential.

As a Registered Psychotherapist, my areas of focus include: Anxiety, Depression, Life Transitions and Adjustments, Interpersonal Issues, and Trauma.

I am truly thankful for the opportunity to provide a safe space for individuals to explore, reflect, and progress. If you are interested in connecting, I always provide a free 15-minute consultation to see if we would be a good fit.
