I work with teens, adults, and couples struggling to cope with the stresses of life, the intricate process of addressing trauma, building essential coping skills, and fostering a sense of empowerment.
I aim to provide a safe and nurturing space, where clients can openly explore their emotions, experiences, and struggles. Through evidence-based techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotional Focused Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Bowenian Family therapy and more personalized strategies, such as the exploration of creative expressive outlets, I hope to help each person who has had traumatic events impact their lives to rewrite their narratives and reclaim their lives.
Whether you’re a teenager grappling with the complexities of adolescence or an adult carrying the weight of past experiences, I want to meet people where they are at. By integrating a range of therapeutic modalities, I assist clients in developing effective coping mechanisms, fostering resilience, and rediscovering a sense of control over their lives. With a focus on empowerment, I can help clients tap into their inner strengths and resources by working collaboratively with me.
With a deep understanding of family systems and interconnections, they guide individuals, couples, and families towards profound insights and lasting healing. Drawing from the Bowenian approach, I can help clients uncover the intricate web of relationships that shape their lives. By exploring the dynamics within families and social networks, I can empower clients to break free from patterns of dysfunction and create healthier, more fulfilling connections. Through a collaborative process, clients gain clarity on their roles, develop better communication skills, and cultivate a strong sense of self.
