Life brings us challenges—some welcome and others not so much. Through my work in various healthcare settings such as hospitals, long-term care homes and community organizations, I’ve seen how the little and the big things that happen in our lives can impact us and the people that we love. Sometimes, it can all feel overwhelming. My heartfelt desire is for you to know that you do not have to walk through it alone.

My approach with clients has been shaped by my experience working with patients and their families, walking with them through various types of losses and life changes. I aim to create a warm, compassionate, non-judgemental, and client-centred therapeutic space. Your experiences are unique and nuanced, so my hope is that when you are in the therapy room, you feel safe, seen, and heard. You are not going through life’s challenges alone, and you can live well and flourish amidst these challenges! I would love to connect with you and help you discover what flourishing amidst life’s challenges can look like for you.
